we saw more deer and other wildlife and enjoyed the tranquility and scenery, particularly the autumn leaf colours and the sunbeams filtering down through the trees as we carried on the ride" mr & mrs oxley our journey started mid 2016 when we were tempted to buy a lodge at hollicarrs, having visited playing pétanque and know a number of owners there. this is when we first met shane and steve, he was very friendly and helpful. ongoing we then decided to put buying a lodge on hold but shane was very understanding. so fast forward to january 2017 when we saw lodges on the website, in the meantime we had visited hollicarrs a few times to visit friends who where all so positive about the place. all of their comments emphasised what we had already seen, peaceful environment, lovely scenery lots of nice people and lots of activity. thus we re-encountered shane and steve. again shane in particular was very helpful showing us various lodges available. we where unsure and so whilst on holiday in tenerife we messaged shane for more information, sizes, costs, sheds, decking extensions, nothing was too much trouble for shane. on return we soon placed a deposit on a maple lodge - already on site and show lodge. we wanted to change a few things, furniture, carpet not suitable, light fittings etc. not a problem for shane and steve. soon after was when we then met dawn and lisa in reception and later the ground staff and wardens. everyone of the staff were so very helpful and made settling in so straight forward. throughout the journey we have received detailed information concerning the purchase of a holiday lodge and the benefits of hollicarrs. everything we have been told has been spot on. our lasting memory is of shane arriving at our lodge armed with a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of bubbly. thanks to all the team, and our friends old and new at hollicarrs the hay associates ltd due to a period of outstanding growth, hay associates, are pleased to announce the expansion and relocation of its headquarters to the holmes in skipwith, from january 2014 onwards. “we are delighted to have acquired the lease of 1 the holmes as our new head office. the move is more than just a change of address, it is the start of a new chapter in our history. relocating within the escrick park estate is an important step in our plans, with the new office providing the space and facilities to support our growth strategy. 2013 was a highly successful year having seen us pick up several design awards and signing key clients where we now need more space for our expanding team. our new home from 2014 will provide the right environment for our team to thrive.” mike hay of the hay associates ltd mr & mrs elcock " after viewing lots of sites locally, hollicarrs was just such a beautiful/tranquil place to choose for our lodge to be sited. the staff are very friendly and helpful with the whole process from choosing which plot, to which lodge and then to prestige to look and choose everything you would like from the external look to all the internal features with a vast choice of fabrics/floorings/furniture and fittings, just brilliant. then to see everything come to life as your lodge makes its way onto site, this is when all those choices you've made become reality. we couldn't believe they can produce such a beautiful lodge in such a short time, what a team. we can not thank them enough and would recommend to anyone of thinking of taking the plunge, coastline leisure, prestige and hollicarrs are a winning combination.
